To celebrate the festive season, musicians of the Symphony Orchestra of India return to Ranga Shankara with ‘A Classical Christmas’ concert. The concert will be led by conductor Barbara Poplawska beginning with a Christmas Concerto by Corelli, followed by The Nutcracker Suite – a Christmas staple around the world and December from ‘The Seasons’ by Tchaikovsky. This evening also features one of Strauss best-known tunes – The Blue Danube, culminating with a medley of traditional Christmas carols.
